After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

→ Construction of an outdoor pool in the garden: Work will begin between May 4 and 9, 2026, and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, part of the backyard will be temporarily inaccessible. However, the patio and the front yard will remain fully accessible throughout the construction period.
