Cocoonr offers you this charming 190 m² house with wifi (fibre optics), which sleeps up to 14 people, to rent in Sarzeau.
It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room and a veranda
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), bunk beds, bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
First floor
- Three double bedrooms (140x190)
- A corridor dormitory with 1 double bed (140x190) and bunk beds ideal for children
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate WC
- Games area with French billiards, table football, TV, board games, etc.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Vannes
- Nearest airport: Rennes- Nantes
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in 'ready-to-live-in' rentals, who will be at your service throughout your stay to ensure you enjoy it to the full.
