Cocoonr offers you this charming Dinard town house for rent, located in the town centre.
The villa was completely renovated in 2025, and fitted out and decorated by an interior designer. Everything has been thought of to offer premium comfort to travellers.
The house has a total surface area of 110 m² spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
You'll love the comfort of the four master suites, the top-of-the-range bedding, the furniture and decor chosen with great care to create a warm atmosphere in every room, the fully-equipped kitchen, the brightness of the house and its location.
This property is composed as follows
Ground floor:
Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin.
- Separate WC
- a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, conventional oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, combined fridge, etc.
- A bright and cosy 28 m² lounge area with a connected TV offering a wide range of French and international channels, and a comfortable corner sofa seating up to 8 guests.
- A beautiful dining table with comfortable seating.
- On the ground floor, you have direct access to the outdoor terrace.
Please note The pellet stove is not operational.
Night space:
-Bedroom 2 (1st floor): A master suite comprising a queen-size bed, a beautiful wardrobe with hanging space, a bathroom with WC (shower cubicle).
-Bedroom 3 (1st floor): A master suite with a queen-size bed, a beautiful separate dressing room with storage and wardrobes, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC and storage unit.
-Bedroom n°4 (2nd floor): A very bright master suite with exposed beams, featuring a queen-size bed, wardrobes and a relaxation area with armchair and coffee table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate WC.
All bedrooms have their own TV, and all bathrooms have heated towel rails.
Additional facilities:
Wi-fi (fibre optic), iron and ironing board, cot (without mattress), high chair.
Outside :
- Enclosed and secure outdoor area. You can lock the large gate and the wicket door.
To make the most of the fine weather, there is a lovely east-facing terrace.
The house is ideally located in Dinard, in very pleasant surroundings.
Situated in the town centre, you can explore the seaside town without having to take your car. The famous l'Écluse beach and the Barrière casino are less than 500 metres away. The Clair de Lune walk (Gr34) can be accessed directly from Plage de l'Écluse.
The market halls are less than 100 metres away. The Dinard market is one of the largest and most renowned in the region. The Halles are open all year round in the mornings and the market takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy during your stay: water sports, walks along the Gr34, strolling through the narrow streets, marvelling at the art galleries, taking advantage of the "Dinard golf course" at Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, one of the most beautiful golf courses in France, less than 10 minutes away by car.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the courtyard of the house provided for this purpose. A maximum of two vehicles may park one behind the other (if you park 2 vehicles, depending on the length of the cars, you may not be able to close the gate). The maximum width is 2.30 metres.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (11 kilometres)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 kilometres)
- To get to Saint-Malo, we recommend that you take a water taxi from the Bec à la Vallée slipway in Dinard.
On site, you'll be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. He or she will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
