Amazing guest house

Beautiful little guest house in an amazing location in Kirkland, check in was easy and they even left us a little gift as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in this area. We will definitely be staying there again!

Gorgeous hideaway in amazing neighborhood

I love the guest house and it was a nice little hideaway with a beautiful view of the lake. There were nice touches all over the guest house and I almost didn't want to leave!

Amazing guest house!

This guest house exceeded all my expectations. Great amenities, incredibly clean, perfect location. So close the the heart of Downtown Kirkland while still being extremely quiet. Beautiful water views and everything you could need to make a long stay here. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future and will let all my friends know about it too!

Very clean, well maintained in-law in Kirkland. Jeff was very communicative and there were many nice touches such as snacks and accessories in the place. Exactly as advertised in the photos, would stay again!

Great stay in Kirkland

The guest house could not have been better. Our hosts have thought of everything that we could possibly need for our stay. The guest house is very comfortable and in a wonderful location, convenient and at the same time in a quiet neighborhood with great views. Kirkland is an upscale town with good restaurant choices. All in all, the stay here helped make our trip to the Pacific Northwest so enjoyable.

Couldn't have asked for anything better

The guest house in Kirkland was amazing. The home is beautifully decorated with more than enough space for 2 adults with all the amenities needed. They even include a bottle of wine, snacks and coffee, a nice added touch. Jeff and Michelle are gracious hosts. We absolutely loved our stay at the guest house and would definitely return!

Perfection

It is in one of the best neighborhoods on the Eastside. Beautifully appointed-everything you need. As advertised views of Lake WA. We spent 24 days there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The parking on the street is a non issue. We will be back.

A guest house like home

A perfect place for short or long stays, decorated with style and great attention to details, very functional and well equipped, in the best part of the city and with a great view to Lake Washington. Great quick stay

My husband and I had a great few day stay here as a homebase while we did some wine tasting in Woodinville. It was just a quick 15 minute drive away. I had never been to downtown Kirkland but it was very vibrant with lots of shops and restaurants and we enjoyed exploring the area. The property was very nicely appointed and comfortable. The owners went above and beyond with their hospitality in offering lots of welcome snacks and a good assortment of toiletries. We were very thankful for the AC as we were there during an uncharacteristic bout of hot weather in the PNW. My only critique would be that while it is a very nice neighborhood the houses are quite close together and we did hear some noise from the neighbors/alleyway but nothing over the top. I would absolutely reccomend this rental to anyone.

Place was immaculate in every aspect. Not very often do you have an opportunity to stay west of market and experience the environment that is Kirkland’s finest. Book this hidden gem ASAP!

Wonderful place to stay

My daughter was playing in a soccer tournament at Sixty Acres Park, and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The guest house is immaculate and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and an easy drive to many more. Parking was super easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful Guest House

Jeff & Michelle were most accommodating. The property is well equipped, beautifully furnished with quality finishes. Great location we enjoyed the nearby parks and downtown Kirkland with Seattle just a short ride away. We would definitely recommend this property to others. Kevin & Kim
