Kitchen & Dining

The galley kitchen has been completely remodeled with new countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of cookware, plates, cups, cutlery, and utensils for 8 guests. There is a standard 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig K cup coffee maker, and many other kitchen amenities. There is dining for eight (8), and a couple bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Primary En-suite

The primary en-suite is located upstairs and conveys the same decor from the living space downstairs. From the king bed, you will be overlooking the rolling waves from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large flat panel television with Spectrum cable and an additional sleeper sofa for those needing the added sleeping space. The en-suite bathroom has undergone a complete remodel and is a beautiful spa like space. The scalloped tile suggests your are located among the wind wisped Texas coastal dunes. The extra deep soaker tub is a nice amenity after a long day at the beach. There is also a walk in shower for those on the go vacation days.

Guest En-suite

The guest bedroom is upstairs and features an en-suite bathroom. There is sleeping for four with a twin bunk over a queen bed and a pull out twin trundle. There is a swivel rocker chair, ample dresser storage and a wall mounted smart television. The remodeled bathroom keeps with the spa like feel and has a walk in shower.

Outdoor Areas

Take in the coastal air from split level balconies, furnished with loungers and chairs on both balconies. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities; including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months).
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
