Cocoonr agency offers this charming 39 m² house in Argelès-sur-Mer, 1 km from the beach, with swimming pool, to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A mezzanine with two single beds
Outside area :
- A shared (unheated) 6x15m swimming pool, open from June to September and accessible with a badge.
- A 12 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Beaches and swimming: La Plage Centrale is just 1 km from the accommodation.
- Water sports (paddle, kayak, sailing, windsurfing, catamaran, etc.)
- Walks and hikes by the sea, in the forest or along the coastal path
- Tasting of local produce
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one numbered space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer, about 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée, about 35 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and Conciergerie 66 Services Plus (concierge/housekeeping service).
