Want to visit the lively coastal city of Virginia Beach while avoiding all of the traffic and crowds? This is the perfect beach home for you. Experience the easy pace of beach living being feet from the ocean, nestled in the private, residential section of the beach, but minutes from the vibrant resort area. This charming home really has it all! Enjoy a beautiful hike or run in the woods at First Landing State Park, with access on the street.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1.5 bathrooms, living room with a TV, and a newly renovated kitchen. It has a bonus room with a futon, and in-house washer and dryer. There is free street parking, as well as a small yard and patio. Guests have access to shared bikes and a grill. Linens and towels are included.
Some things to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.
AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*.
PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.
REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.
PETS:
We are dog-friendly for pets 20 lbs and under. We kindly ask that your dog is kept secure when you are away from the home, and that you clean up after them. $100 non refundable pet fee will be assessed after booking is confirmed.

The North End is the neighborhood at the north end of the beaches on the Atlantic Ocean right before the coastline turns west into the Chesapeake Bay. It's about 3 miles long and two blocks wide, so matter where you are, you're less than two blocks from the beach.
