The house is located less than 1 min walk from the train station, the port and the first shops.
From here you can reach the beach of Boisvinet in 10/15 minutes on foot, and in summer you can take advantage of the ferryman (5 minutes walk) to go to the Grande Plage,
You also have a private parking lot with a folding barrier which ensures you always benefit from your parking space.
