Located in prestigious timber ridge community this water front home has it all! A community that features the Pass Christian Isle golf course, a swimming pool, and a large boat launch. Pelican Pass is a 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom home on the canal featuring its own private boat launch/lift and a bonus game room. Enjoy panoramic water views from our spacious deck or from most rooms in the house with fishing right from the on site dock. Each room in the house features brand new smart tvs and high speed wifi. Breathtaking water views are yours to explore with onsite kayaks or take a stroll through the community with our bicycles.

We so loved our stay at Pelican Pass. We wanted to extend it a few more days because of the convenience and comfort we felt gathering in this home. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded quickly to our questions. The fishing was wonderful! Catching trout, flounder, redfish, crab, and even a ribbon fish, we were so delighted and grateful for every nibble on our lines.The spacious seating areas provided beautiful morning and evening views with coffee and wine. The outside lift was incredibly helpful for my handicapped husband who can not climb stairs. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and dish ware for our group of nine. Everyone left feeling completely filled with happy vibes and plans to meet again in this quaint, comfortable home.

Awesome location, right on the water with lovely decks for entertainment. House was perfect for party of five, a little older but well kept. House was right down the road from the beach and restaurants.

Perfect week

This was our fourth stay at Pelican Pass. The hosts provided all amenities plus many extra nice touches. We love this location as it’s perfect for us since we take our boat and can easily access the bay and gulf. Hope to go back soon.

Pelican Pass Vacation

Our vacation to Pass Christian and our stay at Pelican Pass was amazing. The house and the property was outstanding. We had great communication with the host. The house was clean and exactly how it was described. We will definitely book Pelican Pass again.

Headed to a Marriage Celebration

Nice, convenient location to family event.A few too many stairs for my 88 year old mother.Another rental property 2 doors down was 'rocking' until 3 AM Friday and Sat. nights.

Quiet, peaceful & relaxing

We loved our stay at Pelican Pass. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! If snowed while we were there so we didn't catch fish like we had hoped. I wish we would have brought a boat as there is a lift. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Stay

This was our third visit to Pelican Pass and won’t be the last. It’s the perfect house and location to rest and fish. We take our boat and it’s a short access to the bay and gulf. The owner provides special touches and amenities that make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. We’ve never had any issues during all our visits. Looking forward to our next stay at Pelican Pass. Girls getaway

Sometimes you just need a break from the daily grind of life. This was the perfect getaway for us. So peaceful and relaxing, just taking in the sounds of nature. We only stayed 2 nights but next time it will be longer. They had thoughtful extras like pam spray and a few bottles of water. They had ample towels, which is sometimes an issue when staying at a vrbo. We are already looking forward to scheduling our next trip!

Family vacation

This property was great so much for the kids to do so close they enjoyed riding the bikes kayaking fishing several seating areas outside plenty of room in the house as well my son was able to catch plenty of fish while we were there and the very nice neighbors helped show him what to fish with

Great spot on the water!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this great spot on the water! We were looking for a place to relax, fish and enjoy the view. We had everything we needed and caught quite a bit of fish off the deck. Would recommend highly!

Perfect Vacation

This was our second time staying at Pelican Pass. We absolutely love the home and location. The fishing was not so good this time but we got to relax and enjoy our week at the coast. We are already trying to decide on which week to schedule our next stay there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Great place quiet neighborhood

We had a blast here, kitchen has all basic supplies. Plus Laundry room, downstairs game room with a full bathroom. Might be kinda tight for 3 separate couples, but it is a true 3BR On a mainly freshwater canal, with nightlights. The beach is very close and has new clean Florida sand for 25 miles. No surf to speak of because of the barrier islands Mosquitos were not bad at all, surprising. House and property looks just like the photos and everything is reasonably new because of the hurricane years ago. Same for the whole area, not trashy because of all the re-models and new builds. Will come back!

We came to fish and relax. The location of this house was excellent! It also has everything we needed to relax indoors or out on the decks and dock. Would stay here again definitely.
