Cocoonr agency in Grignan offers this beautiful 150 m² air-conditioned villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fondue set, etc.
- Three master bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en suite shower room.
- A separate WC
- A laundry room
- Jacuzzi in a dedicated room
First floor:
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Storage space
For even greater comfort, you will enjoy the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 7x3 m swimming pool (private, unheated, secured by a motorised roller shutter and generally open from 01/06 to 30/09)
- A 4-seater jacuzzi available all year round
- A lovely 1,500 m² garden including a 100 m² south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture (for 8 guests) to make the most of fine weather
- Charcoal barbecue and gas griddle.
The house is ideally located in Grignan, in a very pleasant residential area on the outskirts of the town. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, supermarkets, etc.
Activities :
A 5-minute walk from the Domaine Viticole de Montine, visits to the Château de Grignan, wine tasting, cycling, accrobranche. In summer: correspondence festival, night-time festivals, theatre at the château, craft markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car (the preferred means of transport), you can park directly in the house's private car park, which contains between 3 and 4 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Donzère less than 20 minutes away by car (16 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille, about 1 hour 30 minutes away (135 km)

- Pets accepted free of charge. One pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
