Practicing the rare & unusual rural profession of "sheep & alpaca shearer", René opens the doors of a charming contemporary country cottage built in 2019, nestled in the quiet within a small cul-de-sac, in the heart of a residential hamlet bordered by wooded meadows & fields of crops, on the edge of the picturesque typical & preserved village of La Chapelle-Saint-Sauveur, endowed with a bucolic communal fishing pond (accessible a stone's throw away), a "heritage orchard" & an ultra renowned supervised "natural" body of water, equipped as a "biological swimming area" adorned with a leisure centre ("Espace Robelin" with refreshment stand, snack bar, picnic area & various fun activities for children including "citystade-agorespace", ping-pong table etc…). Total tranquility in the heart of the unspoiled Bresse countryside (protected as a ZNIEFF area for its rich fauna and flora), a soothing landscaped haven blending agriculture and unspoiled nature, nestled in the gentle lower Doubs valley (protected in various Natura 2000 zones for its rare and remarkable ecosystems), a vast bocage plain dotted with ponds, rivers, and beautiful wild forests (perfect for relaxing walks or mountain biking), not far from the foothills of the Jura mountains. It's also 5.5 km from the delightful market town of Pierre-de-Bresse (with a supermarket), a designated "Town of Character of Burgundy-Franche-Comté" (and home to a renowned ecomuseum housed in a magnificent 17th-century castle).
