From the entrance, one steps directly into the living area. The lounge is furnished with a sofa bed (140x190cm), a television, and a dining space. Large openings provide access to the terrace, ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxing moment at the end of the day.
The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, connects seamlessly with the living area and includes everything needed for everyday use.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace.
A bathroom and separate WC further enhance the comfort of the apartment.
The property is air-conditioned and fitted with double glazing, ensuring comfort and tranquillity despite its central location.

From Cannes Train Station: approximately 5 minutes by foot
