Cocoonr agency offers this 203 m² house with a swimming pool in Saint-Nic to rent, which sleeps up to 10 people.
It comprises a 46 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a shower room (with shower), and a garden of around 2,799 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The house comprises
- A 46 m² living room overlooking the pool with TV, sofas and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with two single beds
- Bedroom 5: with two double sofa beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower
- One bathroom with bath
- Three separate WCs
- A private heated indoor swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m. It is available all year round and secured with a cover.
- A 20 m² veranda with table football and furniture.
First floor:
- A games room with a pool table
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 60 m² south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A lovely 2,799 m² enclosed, private, south-west-facing garden with furniture to enjoy on sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
