Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² air-conditioned house in Silly-Tillard to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a pretty 60 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a shared enclosed garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV and double sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, wood-burning oven, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A large shared enclosed garden of 2,000m², ideally sunny all day long.
- An 8m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Silly-Tillard, in very pleasant surroundings. Bakeries and mini-markets are 5 km away by car, and the Carrefour Beauvais and Le Faubourg Saint-Lazare shopping centres are 15 km away.
Activities: walking and cycling.
Transport :
- A car is essential. Free parking is available alongside the house.
The Saint-Sulpice SNCF train station is just 5 km away and takes around 1 hour to reach Paris.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Paris-Beauvais airport is 22 km away
- Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG) airport is 60km away

- The wood-burning oven is operational: the first flambé is free, subsequent flambés are charged for on request.
