Chalet Nivalis welcomes up to eight guests in an atmosphere that is perfect for both relaxation and fun-filled time together.

The comfortable bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, perfect for a stay with friends or family. Some have their own private en-suite bath or shower rooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their own personal space. The natural décor encourages restful nights after full days in the mountains.

The bright and airy living area is decorated in soothing tones that create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. An electric fireplace adds a touch of cosiness to winter evenings, while the seating area is arranged around the television. The terrace extends the living space outside, where the hot tub is sure to become a favourite at the end of the day, combining relaxation and contemplation.

But there is also plenty of opportunity for fun at Chalet Nivalis. The entertainment room on the ground floor is a place to get together to play board games, table football, computer games and table tennis. It’s a lively space where guests of all ages can enjoy each other’s company.

The ski room, accessible from outside, makes it easy to settle in after a day on the slopes, while the secure bike storage gives cyclists peace of mind.

IMPORTANT: The lounge is equipped with decorative fireplace. NOTE: An electric vehicle charging station is installed at the chalet. The meter will be read at the beginning of your stay and again at the end. The cost of electricity consumption (0,30€ / kWh) will be charged to your credit card upon departure. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – PARA-HOTEL SERVICES Article 1 – Purpose and nature of the stay These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms applicable to stays at the chalet “Nivalis”. In addition to furnished accommodation, the stay includes several para-hotel services provided in a professional context in accordance with Article 261 D, 4° of the French General Tax Code (CGI). These services, made available to guests, contribute to the quality, safety, and consistency of the welcome, as well as to maintaining the chalet in good condition throughout the occupancy period. Article 2 – Reservation, price, and payment Prices include accommodation and all para-hotel services provided during the stay. Payment is made in accordance with the terms specified in the rental contract. Services are provided within a professional framework that meets para-hotel standards. Article 3 – In-person welcome An in-person welcome is provided upon arrival, within a time slot communicated to the guest prior to arrival. This includes the handover of access keys or codes, a presentation of the facilities, safety instructions, and useful information to ensure proper use of the chalet. Article 4 – Maintenance of the accommodation during the stay The accommodation is maintained by appointed professionals to ensure its overall good condition. A maintenance intervention is scheduled during the stay, at a date and time communicated in advance to the guest. Access must be granted to staff in order to maintain the expected level of quality within a para-hotel framework. Article 5 – Condition of the accommodation and departure Guests must respect the premises and the equipment made available to them. Upon departure, they must leave the chalet in a state of normal use, including, in particular, reasonable tidying of the spaces, proper waste management, and respectful use of the equipment. If the condition observed exceeds normal use and requires additional interventions, deductions may be made in accordance with the procedure set out in the rental contract. Article 6 – Household linen Household linen (bed sheets and towels) is provided at the beginning of the stay. No change or replacement is provided during the stay, as this arrangement is consistent with the rules applicable to short-term stays within a para-hotel framework.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
