Whether for the summer coolness by the water or the warmth of a winter evening by the pellet stove, the villa has been designed for your well-being. Interior Spaces: Living Area: A fully equipped chef's kitchen (oven, gas hob, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine) and kettle), opening onto a bright and welcoming dining room. Sleeping Area: 3 spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms for restful nights. The "Extra": A 4th bedroom located in the attic, a truly independent space with its own toilet and sink. Bathroom: Modern, with an elegant walk-in shower. Games Area: A pool table and darts for moments of conviviality and friendly competition, ideal for livening up your evenings. Outdoor Spaces: Fully enjoy the Ardèche sunshine on Our terrace, furnished and equipped with comfortable furniture from May onwards. The fully enclosed garden guarantees serenity and security, so you can relax in complete peace with your pets. Sun loungers for your afternoon naps. Dining area with a gas griddle for your summer barbecues (available from May). Three reversible air conditioners are available: one in the attic bedroom, one in the hallway connecting the other three bedrooms, and one in the dining room. Fans are also installed in all bedrooms. Swimming pool for moments of total disconnection (open from May to September, unheated, therefore at ambient temperature). The pool is not equipped with a safety barrier on all four sides, so increased supervision is necessary. The hot tub is temporarily out of service and will be operational soon. 🚗 Practicality & Leisure 🚗 Secure Parking: A closed garage (2 vehicles) is available, with additional free parking spaces in front of the garage and within the complex. 🚗 A small welcome kit is provided upon arrival: a few coffee capsules, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper rolls to get your stay off to a good start. 🚗 These items are intended for the first few days and should be replenished by you as needed for the remainder of your stay. 🚗 🚗 Exploration: Between the river and the vineyards, discover the hiking trails, the marina, or the famous wine cellars of the region.
