The house is set in extensive grounds, and has great south west views over the rolling countryside.
The large heated pool is set behind the house, and benefits from sun all day long. Its surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The final temperature of the water depends on the meteorological conditions and the pool is secured by an immerged alarm.
A courtyard is situated in front of the house and offers a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a further sitting area, ideal for an aperitif whilst watching the sun set!

The house HAUTES VIGNES is situated in the small hamlet of Mas de Cause, just 5 minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Daglan, where you will find a bakers, a small supermarket, two restaurants, various craft shops, a tourist information centre, and a weekly market.
Bergerac airport is an easy 50 minutes drive away and medieval Sarlat is a 15 minute drive. All the 'must see' sites of the Dordogne are in a 30km radius from the house.
