Welcome to your Denver Den—a spacious retreat where comfort meets adventure! This home features 5 cozy bedrooms, including a master suite, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a game room with foosball. We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

★ MAIN FLOOR ★
This 2,538 square foot home has been recently updated with modern and stylish amenities to provide the utmost comfort for your stay. Altogether, guests can enjoy 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living room spaces, a dining room, kitchen, game room and a huge fenced-in backyard.

As you walk in the front door you'll find the open concept living/dining room. This space features a modern seating area with plush and sophisticated accents, dining area and kitchen. Lots of large windows and glass sliding doors that lead to the backyard let tons of light stream in from every angle. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are down the hall and the staircase in the middle of the room leads down to the second level where you'll find two more bedrooms and extra living spaces.

The sleek kitchen features a beautiful bright island with brand new range and electric stove top. This doubles as a breakfast nook and has seating for three. Brand new stainless steel appliances and all cooking and coffee essentials are included for your convenience.

Lastly, a dining space with table and chairs that seats 6 complete the open front room.

Bedroom 1 - The Master bedroom is located on main floor and can be found down the hall to the right. It features a lush queen sized bed, bed side tables, plenty of closet space with shelving for your belongings, and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. A en suite bathroom is connected to this bedroom and features a walk-in shower. Toiletries are included for your stay.

Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom is light and spacious. A queen sized bed, bed side tables, and plenty of closet space with shelving round out this bedroom. Black out curtains are included for your privacy and deep sleep.

Bedroom 3 - The third main floor bedroom features a cozy full sized bed, small end tables and closet space with a luggage rack and shelving for your belongings. Black out curtains are included.

Hallway Bathroom - The downstairs bathroom is across the hallway from the bedrooms. It's spacious and clean and features a large bight white double sink vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo. Its the perfect place to prepare for your day's adventures.

★ SECOND FLOOR ★
The second floor features a game area with a foosball table, two extra large bean bag chairs and plenty of board games are provided for your use. There's also a small desk and chair for those looking for a quiet place to get some work done.

A large living room features a 55" Smart TV and a plush sectional. Coffee tables and extra chairs complete this space and give your group room for everyone to chill out and relax. Streaming services are included on the smart TV, don't forget your usernames and passwords!

Bedroom 4 - The first downstairs bedroom includes a comfortable queen sized bed, night stands, a luggage rack and plenty of shelving in the closet for your belongings.

Bedroom 5 - The second downstairs bedroom features a cozy queen sized bed with plush linens. A dresser, nightstands, fun art, and plenty of closet space for your belongings complete this room.

Downstairs Bathroom - The downstairs bathroom is spacious and light and features a vanity with large mirror, toilet, and shower/tub combo. All toiletries and plenty of fresh towels can be found for use during your stay!

A utility room with a washer and dryer is located at the end of the hallway and is available for your use.

In this centrally located, inner-city neighborhood, you'll have swift access to Denver Metro's major highways. This means you can easily reach Downtown Denver, Downtown Boulder, and the picturesque foothills and mountains in no time. Plus, you're just a short drive away from charming boutique shops and top-rated restaurants in Olde Town Arvada. And if you're up for a little stroll, Skyline Vista Park is just a short walk away!
