Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² house in Esquéhéries to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x200) that can be divided into 2 single beds (70x200)
- Shower room (with shower and WC)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed, private, south-facing garden of 4,000 m².
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Esquéhéries, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Walks and hikes around the forests, meadows and ponds
- Tasting local produce
- Visit the Familistère de Guise and the Church of Saint-Martin
- Canoeing down the River Oise
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ors, 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin, about 100 km away
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
