TY GWENAVALOU, beautiful 3* house in Cap Coz less than 450m from the beach!
Unwind in this bright, 3-star house located less than 450 meters from Cap Coz Beach and its restaurants, ranging from casual beach eateries to more refined dining options!
It's a beautifully preserved environment, showcasing Breton architecture that blends tradition and modernity.
Cap Coz Beach faces due south at the far end of the bay of La Forêt-Fouesnant. Sheltered from the winds by the Beg-Meil headland, it's perfect for swimming in the sea and, at low tide, foraging for cockles. The beach is supervised during the summer (July 1st to August 31st, from 1 pm to 7 pm). There's a children's beach club and disabled access.
Finally, you can easily access coastal paths such as the GR34 and return to relax in this comfortable house after your adventures.
Ideal for a family holiday and accommodating up to 8 people, the house comprises:
- An entrance hall
- A lovely living room with a lounge area and dining table, overlooking the garden
- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen
- A separate WC
- A shower room, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach
- A small patio with sun loungers
Upstairs:
- 2 double bedrooms with 140x190cm beds
- 1 double bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and a cot
- 1 twin bedroom with 90x190cm bunk beds
- A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, double vanity, and WC
2 parking spaces are also available.
We particularly love:
- The fully enclosed garden, offering complete privacy and a place to relax and enjoy the sea air
- The sea view from the 3 upstairs bedrooms
- The 2 parking spaces – no problems at all, even during the summer crowds
- Walking to the beach or to a restaurant for ice cream!
Our concierge service, based in Fouesnant, offers the following options, which you can request when making your reservation:
Linen kit: double bed €19 / single bed €15
Towel kit (1 large + 1 small): €7 per person
Tea towel + bath mat kit: €5
Beach towel rental: €7
End-of-stay cleaning: €60
