Hear the sounds of the waves while falling asleep in this 3 bed/2 bath home that sleeps 8! Listen for the harbor seals while enjoying time in the backyard. This home is located walking distance to Beachfront park, Battery Point Lighthouse, Rock Beach, Pebble Beach and SeaQuake Brewing and the new Paragon Coffee. A brand new smart television had been put in the living room for you to stream all your favorite shows. Due to mild temperatures, the unit does not have air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the salt air coming through the home by opening windows to cool off, if needed.

The house was great and the location was perfect for the beach. There was some mess left on the counter top when we arrived (syrup) but we just cleaned it up. There were extra beds if needed and it had everything we needed for our family of 5.

Perfect Family Vacation

Every year we spend a weekend together focused on being a family with no distractions. Your home was the perfect landing spot after a day of fishing, searching for rocks on the beach or enjoying a family meal. Quiet neighborhood- close to all the beauty of the ocean. We will be back.

Warm and cozy

We came to town for a quick get away and do a little fishing. House was comfortable and warm when we arrived. This was very nice since we drove through a mountain storm to get there. Look forward to staying again.

Overall a very good stay. The home was clean and had all the essentials. The front door lock is a little finicky, and the door doesnt like to stay closed without being locked. The home smelled a little musty upon arrival but aired out nicely with the windows opened for a bit. There is an excelent breeze through the house with the front windows and slider in the primary bedroom opened which cooled the home very well, however, there is no screen on the slider. The 2 secondary bedorrms doors do not lock. There is a nice little fenced in backyard that our Boston Terrier quite enjoyed. The walk to the beach access spiral staircase was quick and pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again for an affordable, pet friendly family getaway.

Love the location

Our family group loves boogie boarding, biking, rollerblading, exploring the redwoods, and eating seafood. The location is great for all those excursions. The accommodations are family friendly. The property is somewhat dated, however that didn’t really impact our stay.

Perfect family friendly home

Perfect stay for my husband and I and our 2 kids 12-14yr and our dog. It was our first time taking out door on a stay with us so we weren’t sure what to expect for a pet friendly place and happy to say it felt clean! All the rooms are close enough to know everyone is safe and ok but also give enough privacy so that kids could be up late while we e went to bed. The patio is connected to the master bedroom which helped us feel more secure and was a breeze to let our dog in and out. If anything could use a little more love it would be the shower curtains... We didn’t use the kitchen much since it was a one night stay but over all it was a lovely home away from home.

Great for what we needed

The only complaint we have is that it’s a duplex and the neighbors were noisy both nights, sharing a wall made it difficult to get good rest. Other than that, it was just as pictured and worked great for our weekend away!

Overall it had everything one would need but towels were cheap and not enough for three days. The carpets were dirty and had a pre smell to them. Close to beaches and cedar trees that is why we came. Probably will shop for a different place next time

Pretty dusty. The furnace grate needs a thorough cleaning. Dog hair all over couch and bed spread. Stains on cloth chair seated and carpet. Nice location, nice little backyard for dogs, except the lawn was pretty high. No info in home to contact host with problems

Perfect holiday weekend

This charming house turned out to be an absolute gem for our Thanksgiving weekend in Crescent City. Having booked just weeks before our trip, we couldn't have found a better fit for our family visit with Mom and Grandma. The home's cozy atmosphere made it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped inside. One of the highlights for our four-legged family members was the secure, gated outdoor area, which gave them plenty of space to explore safely between our walks. The location is truly unbeatable - the ocean is just a leisurely five-minute stroll away, perfect for morning walks or catching spectacular sunsets. We also loved being within easy walking distance to Seaquake Brewing, which added a nice touch to our stay. The interior was thoughtfully arranged and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our holiday gathering. The property managers were exceptionally responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had throughout our stay. For anyone seeking a comfortable coastal retreat with an ideal location, this house checks all the boxes. It successfully balances the practical amenities of home with the relaxing atmosphere you want in a vacation rental. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Very run down place

I won’t be staying here again. The smell was our biggest complaint, I’m guessing it was from them allowing pets to stay here but not sure?? I feel like my “cleaning fee” should be refunded because it was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom door doesn’t close right, the flooring and bath/kitchen fixtures are really outdated, and the walls/trim are in serious need of a paint job. The bed sheets and towels really need to be replaced as well. For the price this place really wasn’t worth it.
