All the comfort is there to have a good time.

On the ground floor, a very large kitchen will allow you to concoct good little dishes like at home (oven, induction and gas hobs, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, large fridge, etc.). For friendly moments, a raclette and fondue machine is at your disposal!
A living room with a large TV accompanied by board games completes the property.

On the first floor, you will find a complete studio with bathroom, toilet and kitchen that can accommodate 2 people.
Two other bedrooms each with a double bed and a shower room and toilet are at your disposal.

On the second and last floor, two bedrooms each with a double bed are present.
Finally, a third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (for the use of the single bed, please make the request when booking; an amount of 13e will be requested).
On this same floor, a shared bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal, as is an additional separate toilet to ensure optimal comfort.

For your comfort, each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning and you can close each room. You also have a TV thanks to a Chromecast.

For sunny days, you will also have access to a garden reserved for the building, the perfect place to enjoy sunny days.

You can travel light without worrying about anything: hotel-quality sheets and towels are at your disposal and cleaning is carried out by a professional company.
Arrivals and departures are done independently via connected locks.
The entrance hall of the building is under video surveillance.

Parking is free on the street and access is very easy from the motorways.
From Tours train station, it is 1.8 kilometres or about twenty minutes walk.
Public transport is also within reach to get around without constraints.

Are you coming by bike? It is possible to leave them in the entrance hall of the building.

There is no lift in the building.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of Place Plumerau, you will have all the amenities nearby (bakery, supermarket, butcher, etc.).
A market takes place twice a week 500 meters from the apartment.

Tram line A and bus line 4 pass 700 meters from the apartment (stop "St Paul").
Lines 3a, 3b, 14 and 15 stop "Jolivet" are located 550 meters from the apartment.
