Sitting on the porch, sipping tea and listening to the splash of fish in the pond, provides a relaxing respite in the heart of the city. The property sits beside 5 acres of woods on one side, adding to the feeling of seclusion.
This property is in west Augusta amidst shopping and eateries, less than five miles from the Augusta National course. The close proximity to everything decreases time spent in traffic.
Almost the entire house has had updates from new flooring, to fresh paint. The main bathroom and master vanity are updated and the kitchen has been renovated. There is a wonderfully shady, rocking chair front porch, that overlooks the pond where heron, turtles and geese are known to visit.
Plenty of sun to be had on the back patio, with seating and tables for all! There is a gas grill for burgers or steaks while you play at home!
Plenty of off street parking for guests and visitors.
