A modern, cozy vacation home located on the edge of the forest, right next to the ski resort and very close to the Rothaarsteig. An ideal starting point for winter and summer activities.

The vacation home is comfortably furnished and offers a magnificent view of the Postwiesen ski resort and the Sauerland mountains. After enjoying a wide range of outdoor activities—such as skiing, sledding, hiking, rock climbing, and cycling or mountain biking—this is the perfect place to leave the stresses of everyday life behind.

In the immediate vicinity, there is a swimming pool with a children’s pool and whirlpool, a sauna, a steam room, a playground, indoor tennis, indoor soccer, free climbing, and an indoor go-kart track.

The non-smoking house (70 square meters) can accommodate up to 4 adults. A separate crib can be set up in the parents’ bedroom at any time.

The first floor of the house features:
- a separate, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, waffle iron, toaster, grill, coffee maker, and raclette grill;
- a guest restroom;
- a living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, TV, radio/CD stereo system, DVD player, books, and board games.

On the upper floor, you’ll find:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a desk,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with a toilet and a tub/shower (Towels and bed linens are provided)

The outdoor area features:
- a terrace with patio furniture and a lawn for sunbathing,
- a children’s playground; a garage, indoor tennis court, indoor go-kart track, swimming pool, sauna, restaurants, and a beer garden are all within walking distance.
