This is our home away from home located in PGA National Resort Home of the PGA Tours newest Cognizant Classic. This is our family's dream home. Absolute and meticulous care is taken. Spacious inside and the outdoor is even more comfortable. Enjoy cooking with gourmet chefs kitchen. There is a heated salt pool and outdoor BBQ and seating area .Best sunset view in neighborhood Golf view on PGA course and water view. Amazing sunsets from Master suite balcony. Brand new master bathroom. Gated community close to Restaurants and shopping . Desk with printer for business use . Minutes away from 5-star rated Juno Beach. Parking in garage available. My wife Wendy and I aim to offer an unforgettable experience in a home setting. GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES are available to extended time renters and is not included in rental amount. Inquire for Membership transfer dues. You would have access to golf ,tennis and pool area as well with membership

We had 3 wonderful weeks at this lovely home right on the golf course at PGA. It was very comfortable and Mark, the owner, was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We enjoyed the back yard and views of golfers and beautiful sunsets…. And the cool wildlife right in our yard! It’s very convenient to the PGA main resort and all of the local restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean and I appreciated the large and new washer/dryer and laundry room since we were there for 3 full weeks. There’s even a little gym room with a good assortment of weights off the master bathroom. Perfect place to be out of the cold and snowy northeast this February!

Lovely home and setting overlooking the 12th hole of The Fazio course at PGA National. Heated pool is a pleasure. We a few issues (cleaning, plumbing, heat) and the owner was very responsive to correct them.

Exceptional rental home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is actually more beautiful in person than it looked online. Everything we needed was there and more. They even had a first aid kit, toys and games for kids, and water toys. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very attentive and available. Our only issue was the doors, dishwasher, and stove. We had to figure out how to operate them but once we did, it was wonderful. Also, the host has a lot of instructions for almost every appliance. Thank you again for such a great stay!

Under Armour Jr Tour

This home was perfect for our week on PGA National. It overlooks the 12th fairway/green of the Fazio course. The patio/pool is great for early morning coffee and a cocktail with deep after a round on the course. There is plenty of room, no one on top of each other, a nice selection of books for reading and games if it's raining out.Beautiful kitchen to cook and gather in. I can't recommend this home enough!

Great House Great Vacation

We've been to south FL many times and have family in Ft. Lauderdale but we wanted to stay in PBG as we're looking for a place of our own and thought PGA Resorts might be a good place to start. 7 Lethington is a fantastic place. Clean, safe and beautiful location with a beautiful pool. Great place to entertain whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Pretty Spot

The home was nice. We were given the code but no directions to finding it. Our son had to walk around the outside of the house to find it. The front door was very hard to lock and the door in the master deck wouldn't lock for us. The fire alarm needed new batteries because it kept going off and the kitchen sink stopped working. There was a car parked in the driveway so we could only put one car in the driveway. We didn't use the garage. The house was in a great location, close to our son's home.

Great House, Terrific Location & Fabulous Outside Living

This 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom house was bright, neat and orderly. (The mattresses were particularly comfortable.) We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay at this PGA property. Entertaining family and friends was easy as the living area is very spacious and the patio/pool area offered an expansive view of the golf course and a pond. Owner was very responsive and easy to reach. We will definitely book it again.

Beautiful home - as advertised

Beautiful South Florida home in gated PGA National. Our family enjoyed the house and pool. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very nice, and family room was well used. Perfect home for a family trip!

Love this house!!!

We came to Palm Beach Gardens for a family reunion and Mark and Wendy’s home was just perfect! It’s situated on the Fazio golf course and the pool and deck are the perfect spots for watching the golfers play! The kitchen is huge and the dining room is perfect for family game nights! And the beds are beyond comfy!! We highly recommend this for your Palm Beach Gardens vacation!

Amazing Stay

We loved the house. It was clean and modern, photos are accurate. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and worked out perfect for our family to travel for a junior golf tournament at PGA. The house had everything we needed and we will be back in a few months!

Perfect spot for a family gathering. Plenty of room and very well maintained.

PGA Perfection

The home was ideally situated on a quiet street on the PGA grounds. With a spacious and well equipped interior, the house met and even exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable for a rental! The owners were communicative and responsive. We recommend this listing.

What a beautiful place!

We absolutely loved this house. A few of our favorite things: heated pool, incredible golf course view in the back, elegant and updated kitchen with anything you’d need. It was plenty of space for our family and we would love to return soon!
