House Normandie 5 min walk Seaside - Beach landing

Pretty village house in a small seaside village. Access to the D-Day landing beaches 500 meters away on foot.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, without noise. Refurbished in 2025, it consists of:

- 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1 bed 160x200 + 1 single bed with television
- 1 en-suite shower room upstairs
- 1 living room of 25 m2 composed of an equipped kitchen, an island that can accommodate 4 to 5 people and 1 separate toilet.
- 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people + television

The accommodation:

The house can accommodate up to 5 people + 1 baby (Good to know: 3 adults can sleep comfortably but the sofa bed is more for children).

You will spend a quiet stay, the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, far from the street, you can enjoy the small terrace (fenced for your privacy but not closed) to have your meals. You also have a barbecue.

In the street that leads to the beach and all the shops, you can stay for a week without using your car once.

A free parking space is reserved in front of the accommodation.

- Free bicycles subject to availability and with a deposit (on request): 2 adults, 2 children + 1 girl scooter and 1 boy

For babies (on request):
Travel cot with mattress (sheets provided), high chair, crockery, beach games.

- Dog-friendly walking park 2 minutes walk away
- Enjoy the cycle paths and pedestrian paths at the gates of the village.

- Hypermarket, swimming pool, cinema 5 minutes by car

- Casino, hammam, thalasso in Luc-sur-Mer, 5 minutes by car

- Parc de la Baleine: skeleton of a stranded whale exhibited in Luc-sur-Mer, where the tourist office, small farm animals and children's games are also located

Airport, train station and bus station in Caen (30 min by car) — Ouistreham car ferry 20 min — Bus stop 3 min walk from the gîte
