Ideally located in the heart of Le Bois-Plage, close to the church, shops and market (150 metres away), and 1,000 metres from the beach, this house offers an outdoor courtyard for socialising. Functional and comfortable, it is perfect for a successful holiday.

La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this charming village house with an outdoor courtyard in the heart of Le Bois-Plage.
The house is located close to the church, shops and market (150 metres away) and 1,000 metres from the beach.
This charming house is functional, comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
OUTSIDE:
The house has an outdoor courtyard to make the most of the sunshine.
GROUND FLOOR:
A living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
A WC.
UPSTAIRS:
Bedroom 1 with a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds (90 x 190 cm).
A bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team looks forward to welcoming you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant holiday setting with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. Almost everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, which is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, food, art and interior design, we look forward to providing you with a wonderful stay in our home.
Upon arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will give you a welcome guide with tips and advice on how to discover the Île de Ré in the best possible conditions!
The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside the summer period.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
The hire and delivery of bed linen and towels are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
Key collection and a tour of the house are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
A security deposit of €500 is required before arrival (by credit card pre-authorisation or bank transfer).
