Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). Seawind 1404 is a beautifully refreshed beachfront condo in the heart of Gulf Shores! Many new updates! New furniture items and new deck furniture on the expansive beach front deck. The beachfront deck is accessed by 2 bedrooms and the living room!

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Sleeps up to 8:
- Master Suite: King bed, private bathroom, direct gulf-front deck access.
- Guest Room 1: Queen bed, semi-private bathroom, direct gulf-front deck access.
- Guest Room 2: Twin over Twin bunk bed
- Living Room: Please request one of our ultra luxurious, double stacked air mattress with a built in pump for quick inflate and deflate for 2 more spots to comfortably sleep. Our company recommends air mattresses over sofa sleeper due to mobility and comfort (plus sofa sleepers tend to break often).

- Oversized Vehicles & Trailers: Due to limited space, oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted on property.

- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to reserve, with a valid ID and signed reservation agreement required.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted.
- Parking Regulations: Vehicles must display valid parking permits to avoid towing. Oversized vehicles, boats, and trailers are prohibited.
- Property Rules: Compliance with posted rules ensures a pleasant stay for all.
