Tired of neighbors nearby with your previous rentals? Look no further! Nestled on the hillside within 3/4 mile of launching your boat on the White River. Only 6.5 miles to charming Mountain View for entertainment, restaurants or groceries. Close to hiking, caverns, local music. You will love the open kitchen and living area. Quiet, peaceful, and so secluded. Come roost/gather and relax. RV pad available (30 amp) for additional cost with cabin rental. No sewer access. RV must be parked in designated area.

Excellent property. Terrific value for the money. It a nice seclude spot within minutes of downtown Mt. View. Very clean, good supply of dishes, pots, and pans (although a cast iron skillet would be nice), flatware. We will definitely stay at Round Bottom Roost again.

5 Stars – Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The location was peaceful, beautiful, and super easy to find—which was a huge plus. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. It was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated how close it was to everything while still feeling tucked away in nature. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect cabin retreat!

10/10 this place was amazing! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, a perfect getaway. The property manager was incredibly communicative and reached out before our stay with instructions on how to get in and information about the property, as a planner I greatly appreciated this.

We had a great stay. Enjoyed the cabin so much. We would enjoy to stay there again. We were on the go quite a bite while we were there so we didn’t get to use the fire pit as much as we would have wanted.

Peaceful place

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It was so nice and peaceful. The cabin was nice and clean and provided everything we needed. We hope to be able to visit again soon

Beautiful house stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable as was the couch bed, which was really surprising. Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Kelly and Kristen made check in process easy. We will be staying again.

Great Place to Stay With Some Issues

We did not see any crawling or flying insects, but we had numerous bites on our legs and torso that were round, red, itchy spots the size of half dimes. We are still using medication for them. Otherwise the cabin is in a good location with privacy and is a very nice place to stay with convenient access to Mountain View and the White River. The house was well supplied with necessities. However, due to the multiple bites, we will not stay here again.

Great accommodations

This is an excellent cabin, feels bigger than it is. Plenty of room and a wonderful front porch. Everything we needed was provided, communication was very quick and exact. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Anniversary Get Away

The Round Bottom Roost was absolutely perfect for our anniversary get away! Cozy, secluded & beautiful! The kitchen has everything we needed, the bed was so amazing comfortable (I haven’t slept that good in a long time). I love the decor & landscaping, the whole property is just beautiful & we will definitely be back!!

Owners have thought of everything. We had just what we needed and the place is not overstuffed with extras. Hint - morning coffee on the porch is a wonderful way to start the day before heading out on adventures.
