Family Reunion

All my siblings and I were in awe when we walked in to this beautiful home. We enjoyed our time together it had to worry about driving to the strip and mess with the traffic. Everyone enjoyed their room. We had a little issue with the code on our first day but no big deal because Ashley took care of that at in no time. Thank you Ashley for letting us create unforgettable memories with family. I would definitely book again.

Fun House with nice pool

We had a really great time at this house. It was a nice house with a nice, clean, and cold pool. The location was also very conveniently located to restaurants and stores. We had 4 families stay in this house comfortably. The pool table and poker tables were really fun for everyone. One of the main drawbacks was the poor communication. We contacted the property mgmt twice and one of the times they never replied. The key pad to the front door was reset the night before we were to check-out and they didn’t respond right away. It was June, and we were stuck outside for about 30 minutes constantly ringing the bell at 10:30 pm. We kept ringing the doorbell so that the prop manager would get alerted and would hopefully answer. We tried messaging through VRBO, then had to contact the VRBO customer service. They were also trying to reach someone and were unsuccessful. The property manager finally saw the doorbell alerts and spoke to us through the ring doorbell. He was very apologetic and said that had never happened before. Overall just poor communication. The master bedroom had small bugs that looked like roaches. I went to Walmart and put roach motels all under the bed and in the master bathroom. There were a few of these bugs in the living room but nothing like the master bedroom.

Great amenities

The location was great for us, many restaurants and stores very close, out of the busyness of Vegas. Big and spacious rooms. Some minor issues: The air conditioner was on a timer and kept flipping back to 80 no matter what we tried so it stayed pretty hot. The pool was not clean. There were lots of ants around the poker table. Multiple messages to the owner went unanswered. We never got any response at all regarding these issues.

Amazing house! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, but so much better in person! We were here to celebrate my daughter's birthday & this house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my group and perfect location. We can't wait to come back!

It was a great location and place for a group. Eastern has a bevy of dining choices. The area is quiet and away from bustling Las Vegas. I would’ve liked a little bit more communication with management, but the experience was excellent

Very disappointed

The house is nice and roomy with a lot of entertainment options and in a pretty great location but we had several issues while we were there. A group of 7 of us were in town for a convention. One of the king size mattresses completely caved in on one side when you lay on it, the water from the refrigerator has white flecks floating in it, the hot water for the side of the house with all the bedrooms minus one only produces enough hot water for 1 quick shower every 2 hours, the dishwasher is super scaly and moldy. I sent a message and left a voicemail for the contact person provided on the online listing on the second evening and never heard back from anyone through a 5 day stay

Great location terrible communication

When we arrived to the house we couldn't get in. We tried to call the property manager and was quickly sent to voicemail. She responded only through txt but we did end up finally getting in. Rooms were really nice, outdoors very nice. The 2nd night the bathrooms started to have a sewage smell. We had a total of 10 adults staying but there was not enough toilet paper and we couldn't find anymore. Some of the beds didn't have pillow cases. The house is located close to restaurants and a grocery store but the house is off of a dirt road in a bit of an interesting area. We txd the property manager and asked if we could stay until 3pm as check out was at 11am but the property manager never responded to us. Overall rating of 3 based on the issues we had.

Loved the house, cleaning not good

Loved the house and everything about it. The house needs to be deep cleaned, floors were not mopped, only swept. Bathroom mirrors still had splatters on them from the previous guests. When checking in at 4pm, the cleaning people were still there...

Great place to stay

The house was awesome! It’s set up for you to really enjoy your stay! The backyard is big and amazing to just relax all day and enjoy the pool & bbq. The house is set up well with nice decor. Only negative I could say is it could definitely use some extra cleaning and a little maintenance.

Beautifull house!

We loved the house. The 6 of us were all very comfortable. The house was very clean, the garden a bit less, we could see that there must have been a big group before us, trash in pool and containers outside were overloaded But all this was quickly solved after contact with the owner. The dishwasher was also not correctly working, but i guess this will be solved too. Two times we had no water, but this seemed to be out of control of the owner. Beside these hiccups we enjoyed our stay in this beautifull house in a great location!

Review

We arrived at the property at the appointed time to find that it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests - beds were unchanged, dishes unwashed, floors unswept. After complaining to the owner, a cleaning team eventually arrived and spent 3 hours cleaning the house. The owner promised to refund our cleaning fee immediately, but this has not happened, despite a reminder. The pool hadn't been cleaned either and despite asking at the time of booking, and messaging the owner twice in the week before our arrival, had not been heated. The pool guy came the following day, cleaned the pool and turned the heater on; although even after being heated the water was not what I would call warm for a 3 and 6 year old to play in. The house itself was pleasant...plenty of space, big TV in the living room, comfortable beds, big garden although unfortunately the weather wasn't really suitable for spending a lot of time in it. On the day we left all the water in the house went off 45 minutes before our check out time meaning we couldn't finish getting showered, couldn't flush the toilets and couldn't run the dishwasher. I advised the owner but received no response at all. Finally, the property is located on an unmade road...only a short distance from the paved road but not good for the tyres of your car.

Great house for our family

Everything was great, house is on great shape and well taken care of, only thing i did not like was not as clean as i would expect. I found someone else hair in the bathroom drawers, shower and flower.
