The space
This cozy Colorado cottage offers the amazing comfort and great amenities needed while adventuring in the mountains. Lots of great natural light creates a super inviting and bright space.
The open living and dining areas are perfect for sharing meals, relaxing with a movie, or having game night with any of the variety of board games located in the front closet. The kitchen has all the basics for preparing home cooked meals: dishes/bakeware, utensils, spices/dry condiments, even a crockpot and microwave with air fryer! This property does not currently have a dishwasher, however bamboo drying rack and all supplies provided for super quick and easy cleaning and paper products are also available. The full bathroom is stocked with basic toiletries, super soft and absorbent towels and plenty of space in the mirrored medicine cabinet and under sink storage. Next to the bathroom on the main floor, the beautiful custom barn door opens up to the master bedroom with a rustic wood Queen bed and dresser and a huge closet with lots of storage space.
Off the dining room, the door opens and staircase leads to the upper floor with two additional bedrooms. The first, a loft-style bedroom- includes a TV and lounging area (perfect for kids) with twin bed and trundle underneath. The closet has been converted into shelving space for storage. The second upper level room is even more spacious, with a Queen bed, and small dresser. Both rooms have brand new window AC units with remotes.
Enjoying the great outdoors in Colorado is easy in this backyard! Beautiful landscaping, lots of open space for yard games and taking in the sunshine and fresh air. Check out the shed behind the garage for extra chairs, yard games, baby hiking backpack, and more for use during your stay. The patio setup creates the perfect place to BBQ and watch the sunset over the mountains.

Private driveway offers several parking spaces and direct access to both the covered front porch entrance and fenced backyard with entry and mud room. Street parking is also available directly in front of the property.
