Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire property, including the home and garage(access to garage will be provided after checkin). We have two locked owners closet dedicated for our cleaning services.

The neighborhood is nestled off Hwy 90/Beach Blvd. and consists of newly built single-family housing. All homes in the area have beach views, and our home is closest one to the beach with multiple views from inside and outside of the home. It's a small quiet & peaceful community consisting of both short- and long-term residents.

Centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi, our guests will enjoy the to many attractions and conveniences in the area.

- Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
- We provide ample soap, shampoo, toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Walmart is a short drive away
- Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations
- Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. Its always a good idea to buy travel insurance during hurricane season
- For the safety of all involved, we have a one Ring door camera
- We are in a newly built community close to the gulf and surrounded by nature. Please don't be surprised if you see wildlife passing through. They are harmless
