Newly and beautifully built, each townhouse offers an all-suite layout, a full kitchen, an inviting living area with a TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Off-street parking adds ease to your centrally located stay.

LIVING AREA

Both townhomes offer an inviting living area with a wall-mounted TV. One townhouse has a sofa bed, while the other has two sofa beds.

KITCHEN & DINING

Two well-equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare tasty meals for your entire group.

Each townhome offers a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table for six.

BED & BATH

This vacation rental sleeps 13 guests between the two nearly identical townhouses, each with two bedrooms. One townhouse has a full-size sofa bed in the living area, while the other has two twin sofa beds in the living area. The bedroom arrangements are as follows:

The first suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second suite is furnished with a queen daybed with a twin trundle. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

In the adjoining townhouse, both suites are furnished with queen beds, and each has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a stackable washer/dryer are provided in each townhouse.

Unassigned parking is available for a total of two vehicles in the adjacent lot.

Both townhouses have a two-story layout.

With a fantastic locale near The Gulch, Music Row, downtown, and Midtown, it’s easy to explore popular hot spots, eateries, and attractions -- all within an 8-minute drive or rideshare.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
