House with garden 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Lodonnec and Kerfriant

Welcome to the Agapanthes, a small newly renovated holiday home located in a quiet residence, 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Lodonnec, or the wilder Kerfriant.
This small house, adjoining by 1 side (without vis-à-vis), will be your cocoon to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends and enjoy the country Bigouden.
You can enjoy the terrace for your outdoor meals, as well as the garden of about 200m2 (not enclosed) where children can play. A spot will also be dedicated to you in the parking lot of the residence, in front of the house.

For your leisure activities,
At 500m from the house, hikers can enjoy the GR34 (old customs paths).
Less than 4 km (10 to 15 minutes by bike), you will find the town of Loctudy, its local shops, and its weekly market, its port, but also the nautical circle,
From the port you can take the ferry to reach Tudy Island, or embark for a ride in the Glénans and its paradisiacal landscapes.
At the same distance, you can also access the beach of White Sands, or Lesconil, its port and shops.

Other must-see sites in the area:
Less than 30 minutes by car, or 1 hour by bike:
Pont L'Abbé: the capital of Pays Bigouden, Le Guilvinec: the first French artisanal fishing port, La pointe de la Torche: one of the best kite-surfing spots in Europe, Penmarc'h and its lighthouse at Eckmül,
A little further while staying within an hour’s drive: Quimper, city of art and history, Concarneau, Locronan, Douarnenez, Pont-Aven: cities with character,
An hour and 15 minute drive: Pointe du Raz, or the island of Sein

Ideal for a family with 2 children, it can also accommodate 4 adults (provided that 2 of them agree to sleep in bunk beds).
A 5th bed may be possible on prior request (do not hesitate to contact us)

- 1 living room of about 20m2 with kitchenette, coffee corner, dining area, small living room equipped with a sofa 2 places, and TV (TNT sat).
Kitchenette equipment: induction hob with 2 burners (1 additional plate is at your disposal if needed), 1 dishwasher, 1 refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven with grill function, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils
- 1 room with bed 140x200, 2 nightstands and 1 large dresser
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 cellar with washing machine and storage shelf
Upstairs:
- 1 attic room with bunk beds (90x190 beds)
- 1 unfurnished space on the mezzanine ideal as a play area for children, or to store luggage during the stay
Garden:
- 1 garden table with 6 chairs
- 1 parasol
- 2 deckchairs


Important information:
- For a total disconnection, the house is not equipped with wifi
- Sheets and towels are not included, (Possibility to have them on request, for a fee)
- The staircase to access the floor can present risks for the very small, and its configuration does not allow the installation of safety barriers at the top or at the bottom.
- Charging an electric vehicle is prohibited (charging stations are available in the city center and at the supermarket parking lot 3 km away)
- A consumption of 10 kW/h per day of occupancy is included in the rental price. Any overage will be billed at the EDF Base Bleu rate (19.4cts/incl. in February 2026)
