LIVING AREA
Detailed with picture windows that showcase mountain views, the open-concept living area features a sectional and a smart TV. The newly updated lower level entertainment room features an 85 inch smart TV and pool table.

KITCHEN & DINING
The immaculate kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cookware. Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, the table accommodates eight.

BED & BATH
This home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a desk, a smart TV, and deck access. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a walk-in shower (this bathroom also has a Bluetooth speaker).
The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination and Bluetooth speakers so guests can enjoy music.
The third bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are on the lower level and have king beds. Only one of these bedrooms has a TV.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The mountain-view deck offers alfresco dining.
There is are upper and lower level decks.

Things to Know
No street parking is allowed. This home has three steps to the entry door. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
