PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The entrance opens directly onto the main living area.
The living room features a sofa, a smart TV, and a desk area. Concealed behind the desk is a foldaway bed (140x190 cm), allowing the room to be effortlessly transformed into a sleeping area in the evening, while maintaining a true living space during the day.
A dressing area completes the space, providing valuable storage for a studio apartment.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Like the living room, it offers direct access to the terrace.
The west-facing terrace enjoys open views over the rooftops and surrounding hills, with particularly pleasant light in the late afternoon.
The shower room with WC is understated and functional.
A well-located, bright studio, ideally suited as a comfortable pied-à-terre in Cannes.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee. Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box. All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
