The amount of natural light the living space & kitchen get still has me drooling. It almost feels like you're living in a sunroom when sitting on the couch or at the kitchen table. Decorated smart & modern- but obviously I'm kinda partial to it since I did all the work :)
We are located 5.4 miles from Mercy Hospital, 4.0 miles from Shasta Regional Medical Center, 20 minutes from both Whiskeytown Lake and Shasta Lake, 10 minutes from the beautiful River Trail that follows the Sacramento River and 7 minutes from the famous Sundial Bridge.
Our house is on a large corner lot so you have plenty of space in the yard & privacy. Our yard is fully fenced it.

We are a family of 5 who love to play games, adventure and just have fun. Aaron (33) is an accountant, Jenna (36) is a business owner, Audrey (8) is learning coding and Mandarin, Rosie (5) loves puzzles and swimming and Wesley (3) loves to make dinosaur noises and chase anyone who's willing to run from him. We've been in Redding for the last 15 years and we love all that this city offers. We love our community, church and going to the Lake every chance we get in the summer.

This was the first house we owned. We brought home our two youngest from the hospital to this house when they were born. We have a lot memories here and wanted to make it available for other to create their own
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We love how the vaulted ceilings and wide open living room and kitchen make the house feel even bigger. The natural lighting is one of our favorites.
