Enjoy a little Irish charm just steps from downtown Eureka Springs. The Mary Margaret is an iconic Victorian Inn, built in 1896 capturing the essence and character of Eureka Springs.

The Mary Margaret Guest Suite has a quaint feel with high ceilings creating an inviting space. If you want an inviting room to call home while you explore Downtown Eureka Springs, then this is the perfect spot for you. Accommodations also include relaxing porch areas, wooded areas, and free parking.

The Mary Margaret Guest Suite is an inviting space equipped with high ceilings, a comfy queen bed, closet, kitchenette, and a full bathroom.

Amenities include: Free wifi, a smart tv, a coffee bar, and toiletries.

The Mary Margaret Guest Suite space includes a couple of outdoor lounge areas-swings, a new fireplace (all supplies provided), and a wrap-around private deck with a porch swing and great views of downtown.

Walking distance from historical downtown with shops, art galleries and restaurants. Great views of the Crescent hotel and the downtown area. Close to Little Lake Eureka and several historical springs that will give you a wonderful nature experience just out your front door.

I always love meeting new faces, however, I provide guests with privacy and only interact when needed. You are welcome to contact me through AirBNB or via text. You can find my number on our website.

Downtown Eureka Springs. Several restaurants, shops and art galleries. In town hiking trails and local attractions. Walking distance to Eureka Springs Transit Depot that will take you to attractions farther away.

The best way to get around Eureka Springs is by walking. You can park at the house and leave your car behind. There is also the Eureka Springs Transit Depot is walking distance from the house that will take you to attractions farther away.

One parking spot is included with your stay. Please park in your designated parking spot, marked with the sign "The Mary Margaret Guest Suite Parking". Please park at an angle to accommodate other guest parking. If you need additional parking spots, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate.

We loved our stay at the Mary Margaret Guest Suite! The location was absolutely perfect since we were able to walk straight to the shops and restaurants downtown, which made exploring Eureka Springs so easy and fun. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated that it was pet friendly and our dog felt right at home. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy, convenient getaway!

This was the perfect place for us! Great location where everything is walkable. This room was clean, efficient and cozy.... it had everything we needed (the bed was very comfortable)! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy little spot right on the edge of town! I was a fan of all the outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. Host was super communicative and helpful when we needed them:)

Room was very clean. There was an issue with the coffee Keurig, however the manager responded quickly. Easy walk to nearby shops. Wife and I both enjoyed the porch and nice surrounding view.

Very nice property although a bit small; for a short stay though it was fine. No heat & air control for the unit but we didn’t have any issues. Very clean and convenient to downtown. The porch swing has a nice view of the Crescent which is the photo I’ve included. Could hear the people in the next door unit talking so walls a little thin. Overall a good experience for the price.

Small, mostly just a bed and bathroom. Shower stall older and no vanity room for essentials when getting ready. Coffee corner was cute but coffee maker could not operate in this corner (no applicable outlet). Had to move Keurig machine to a space on dresser to use. Cute porch swing, STEEP hill to drive and walk up/down to get to old downtown Eureka Springs, but at least was walkable.

What a quaint quiet place to stay! Clean, and the bed was comfy, stocked with snacks and coffee, and deer outside when I woke up the next morning! It is directly at the crest of a hill so be aware if you’re walking to downtown. Just a short distance but if you have any kind of mobility issue be aware of the steepness of the hill. Would definitely be back!

Holiday Visit

Our stay was very pleasant. The property is in a great location, super close to everything. We enjoyed our coffee on the swing looking up a the Crescent Hotel.The space was smaller than I imagined, and there were a few maintanance details that seemed neglected. Just a touch of paint here and there. Overall a delightful spot, and I recommend it.

Sweet little room. Cozy and cute. Wouldn’t call it a suite. It’s a small room with bath and coffee pot but very cozy and posh. Outside area has several sitting spots to cozy up and read or build a fire in the fire pit. Walking distance to the shopping but is hilly so bring your hiking boots. The hosts of this property are FANTASTIC! We Will definitely stay with them again.

It was a great location and the property was beautiful. Very convenient to the downtown area with all the dining and shopping options. The free parking was a great feature especially in this area was parking was very hard to find.

Nice room with a comfortable bed.

The Mary Margaret was clean and conveniently located close to downtown. It does not have a separate thermostat to control the temperature but that was not much of an issue. We saw several small deer in the area and we enjoyed the porch swing. The “kitchenette” was a closet with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker but we hadn’t really planned on cooking anything. We enjoyed our stay there!
