We stayed here for a week while celebrating our son’s wedding, and it was the perfect spot in a lovely neighborhood! The location was ideal—comfortable distance to the wedding venue, close to shopping for last-minute errands, and plenty of great dining options. The home gave us the space we needed to spread out but also truly relax in the midst of such a busy, joy-filled week. Everything was comfortable and convenient, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’re so grateful to have found this place and would gladly stay again!

Work Trip Accomodations

This was an excellent property for a work trip. There were 4 of us. 2 bedrooms have individual baths and 1 jack and jill. Great kitchen, wifi and office. Backyard sanctuary was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Will stay again.

Great quite location easy check in and check out

Great place host was very responsive and even helped me turn on the shower 🚿 lol. You have to pull on the knob I was twisting left and right I’m glad I asked how to turn it on.

Clean and Spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is exactly as pictured. Additionally, this is a wonderful neighborhood; there are several places to eat and grocery stores nearby. The home was stocked with everything we needed and had more than enough space for our group of 8.

Wonderful stay in Tomball

The house was all it advertised it would be. The kids were able to enjoy the pool and the best part was there was charcoal grill, there was also a propane one but I don’t do gas.

Great Family Get Away

Everything was exactly as pictured. The home is very clean and spacious. Pool was clean and they did provide beach towls. Location is perfect, several restaurants within 5 miles. Kroger right across from subdivision. And a Wal-Mart located 1 mile down the road.

Family vacation

The house was really nice and comfortable. There is a tv downstairs along with upstairs. This is not shown in the pictures. When we were at the house, my kids lived in the pool. We will definitely stay again.

Great house

House was great for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents! We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. The house is very spacious. Having a kitchen and laundry was wonderful. Kroger is located just outside the neighborhood. The pool was so nice especially since it was so hot when we were in town.

Family weekend

Very nice property. We had an issue with the microwave and host did their best to correct it. The listing had pictures of a beautiful bathroom that did not exist in this home.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this listing. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool area is great, especially for kids. The only issue we had was with the water pressure in the master bathroom, as it was very low. It could have been user error, as there are 2 shower heads and we could not figure out how to turn one of them off. Other than that, we highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Nice clean property but needed electrical repairs

The property is very clean and host manager is very responsive and accommodating. We stayed at the property for my daughter’s wedding in the Woodlands. There were 10 of us that stayed there including our 2 grandchildren ages 3 and 1 1/2. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the game room. The property was built in the 80’s even though it was updated, we ran into electrical outage such as dining lights was not working so as one of the bathroom upstairs. We also ran into one of the bathroom tub was leaking. Overall we had a nice stay. Property just needed a lot of electrical repairs.

About our Stay

We were excited to stay at this luxury home, but it unfortunately did not live up to the high standards we expected. We had mixed feelings about our stay here. The rental was spacious and had a nice layout, but we encountered a few issues. There were signs of wear and tear, such as nails sticking out of the old carpet, a couple of outlets that were not working properly, and visible stains in the bathroom tub. Overall, the home did not feel like a luxury property. On a positive note, the location was great, and the host was responsive when we reached out, which we appreciated. While the rental served its purpose for our trip, we believe that a little more attention to detail could significantly improve the experience.

Leaving some to be desired

The property was in a nice area and the initial impressions were quite nice. However, as we stayed we began to notice more issues. The crawl spaces were pulling away from the walls allowing geckos into the rooms, the electrical didn’t work in the master bedroom causing half of the light switches to not work. The water level in the pool was quite low causing the pool pump to be constantly cycling and cavitating. The neighbours threatened to call the HOA and the constable on us for talking on the patio at 1040pm. The host did respond to messages but not always in the most appropriate manner. The check in and out process did go smoothly.

great place but a little misleading

This property had a great location and was really great for our family Thanksgiving, The reason I did not give it a 5 star was mainly because we were looking for a house with a heated pool and when we arrived we found out the pool was not heated. The person we were in contact with informed us that if the pool was heated they would have charged us more. Before we booked the house we checked because the kids wanted to be able to swim and if we are not staying at a hotel our family looks for a house with a pool. I would have really appreciated some truthfulness of what was available at the house. This issue was really a big thing for our family, and we wish this could have been avoided. Another issue is some of the maintenance on the house is being avoided which caused some bathroom sinks to have issues but other than that the house was a great set up for a large family to enjoy the Holiday and it was close to everything we needed.

This was a great home for us to transition to our new home. Iris was responsive and willing to work with us as our schedule changed. A few minor repairs and cleaner landscaping would have made it a 5 star visit.

The ideal place to be quiet, relaxed and close to everything

The house is very comfortable, very spacious, extraordinarily well equipped, in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. Also, if you have to work during your stay, you have a room with an excellent desk and chair. A few steps away there is a fantastic supermarket.
