Cocoonr offers this charming 34 m² flat in Cabourg, 800 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony, south-west facing, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Promenade Marcel Proust
- Garden Tennis, Aqualudic swimming pool, thalasso, casino and Grand Hotel nearby
- Cabourg beach 800 m away
- Discover the market and its covered market
- Stroll around the town centre
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
