A Minut home sensor monitors noise levels and guest occupancy without recording audio or video to protect your privacy. Please note that the laundry facilities are located in the basement, which requires the use of stairs. As it is a typical basement, please exercise caution when using it.

Missouri S&T is a 15-minute walk from the home, as is downtown Rolla. You’ll find lots of cute shops, great restaurants, and coffee shops here, particularly along Pine Street. Fort Leonard Wood by way of I-44 is a 30-minute drive Fugitive Beach is a 15-minute drive.

Getting around

There is parking at the property as well as free street parking.



While a car is the best way to get around in Rolla, many areas are walkable and we have cab companies too.



We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:

- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.

- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
