Welcome to Casa de del Sol, this is by far the nicest and most modern condo at Marina Sol Residences and Resort. This condo was completely gutted in the summer of 2021 and everything inside is brand new and top of the line including all high end finishes and the pictures tell the story as well as our 3D virtual tour where you can see all the rooms up close. It's located on the 2nd floor and has a nice view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard. There is to many features to list such as purified water to the whole condo , washer & dryer , pull out in the master berroom. We can set up the condo with King size beds in each bedroom or set up the bedrooms with 2 twin beds. Condo also features high speed internet and over 2,000 channels to choose from on our big screen TV .

Spring Break 2025

The property was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Location is perfect, a quick walk to Medano beach and endless dining opportunities within a short distance. Staff on site are wonderful. It was nice to have the bar/restaurant/pool service in a condo complex setting. Very happy with our stay.

Everything Top Notch

This resort was perfect in every point for staff, relaxation, and central to everything downtown Cabo San Lucas. It was primarily family focused so there were no Spring Break parties. The staff in the lobby and the staff in the hut bar were as polite and professional as it gets. 110% referral YES

Clean and comfy

Great location and the resort itself is quiet with mostly seniors and families staying there when we visited mid February. We did have a little issue with noise on the rooms that face the street but expected it from the other reviews. Other than that the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Location

Nice, clean, updated condo in a perfect location. The beds and pillows were super comfortable as well. Marina Sol is walking distance to downtown, the marina and the beach. I will definitely look to stay here again.

We had the best time in this amazing condo!!

This property was fantastic. Very comfortable for three come couples each with their own room. And two bathrooms worked just fine. And the bonus, washer and dryer was really appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped, but if we did notice, there was something we needed and didn’t have. We just contacted Rosa in the office and within the day they had obtained The items and had them delivered to the condo. They assisted us with our luggage, caring it right up into our room. The pool was amazing the oasis breakfast restaurant served wonderful food and have drinks all day and the Palapa bar restaurant was also delicious and the service around the pool was really appreciated. We were there for two weeks and loved every moment, not to mention the location of the property is just perfect for accessing beach, marina and grocery stores

Outstanding Place

We just returned from our stay and had a great time with a few minor exceptions. Overall it was a great property, great location, great pool, and other great guests staying at the property. There is 24 hour security and multiple security gates that lock out at 7pm to make you feel well protected as well. Only suggestions for a better stay: 1. It is time to replace the ceiling fans. A couple of them make a squeaking noise that was annoying enough that we couldn't use them, especially when trying to sleep. 2. The AC compensated for the inability to use the fans, but there is a pretty bright display on them, so if you are sensitive to light at night, bring an eye cover like my wife did. 3. Two of the three bedrooms have windows that back up to the street. There was a decent amount of street/truck noise each night. We used a white noise application on our phone that helped, but it was still pretty loud most nights. All in all, my wife is usually pretty picky with where we stay and she loved this one with the exceptions mentioned above. Beds were comfortable, great location close to the beach, and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Great unit and great location

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 1). The pool is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot in Cabo.

Good location, close to lots of excellent restaurants

This was our 1st trip to Cabo & we traveled w/3 kids; college/HS aged. The condo provided the space we needed however while the master bedroom was spacious, the other 2 rooms were small (smaller than the pics). Staff was pleasant, friendly- we had a coffee maker that didn't work & it was quickly replaced. There is limited HOT water & all of us ended up w/cool- lukewarm showers. The master bath has an awkward layout & I kept hitting various body parts on the door knob. Beds were comfortable. If you're looking for good restaurant choices plus nightlife- Medano Beach is a good location however if you're wanting to unwind on the beach & not be bothered, look elsewhere. This is an easy walk to Wal-Mart & Beach & we felt very safe. Appreciated the washer and dryer as well as beach towels

Home Away From Home!

The property is even more beautiful in person & within walking distance to just about anything you can think of wanting to do. When it was too late or if we were too full after a meal we caught a taxi/Uber back which was extremely inexpensive due to the location. *Stop by the poolside bar & grill for some great food, drinks, & friendly faces.* The condo we stayed in had more than enough room for the 4 of us, a tranquil view of the pool area, & a purified water filter for the entire condo. The complimentary bottled water was another thoughtful touch that was much appreciated! Literally all of the staff we encountered were friendly & attentive - from booking to our arrival and eventually our departure. The service and ambiance at Marina Sol is something special! The worst part of our trip was leaving this place. We met a group who told us they’d been visiting annually for years and now I see why because I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Cabo!

Excellent location, great condo

I brought my 2 teen daughters and 2 of their friends and everyone had a great time. The layout of the condo was perfect for everyone to get their space and looked out on to the pool. I loved that the balcony was always in shade and I could sit out their and see the kids enjoying the pool without actually having to be at the pool myself. the location is great- next to great restaurants and just a few blocks from the grocery store. We booked a sunset cruise and hired a private chef - all thru the wonderful concierge Elly who made everything easy for us. We will definitely be coming back!

Splendid Marina del Sol

We had a lovely time at your property! Everything was in walking distance...beaches, restaurants, food store, the marina. We LOVED the unit! It was spacious and the laundry was an added bonus. Definitely will be back

This is the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything at the Marina and downtown. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Felt very safe staying at the Marina Sol.

Great property

This was the perfect property for our girls trip. The apartment was beautifully done, had plenty of space, and was in a great safe location. We were a short walk to the beach. There were many great restaurants within walking distance. The host/manager was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Since 1997 we have purchased and remodeled several condos and Penthouses at Marina Sol Resort. This is the best located privately owned condo development in Cabo. In addition to owning some residential properties I also own some commercial properties where I have my Real Estate company located. It is a real advantage to have several businesses located under one roof and the staff from my Real Estate company also works with our Vacation Rental staff to look after all our guests needs.
