Come on over and relax at this peaceful retreat. We are central to Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area.
Our home is close to lots of great restaurants and stores where you can shop in the beautiful town of Queen Creek. We're approx 25 mins (9 miles) from Frwy, & about 50 mins (40 miles) to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the surrounding areas. Mesa/Gateway Airport is close by, and the Phoenix Airport is 39 miles from here. 7 minutes to Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre as well as Pecan Lake Entertainment, 20 minutes to Arizona Athletic Grounds, 30 minutes to Country Thunder in Florence, 60 minutes to WM Phx Open in SD.

Our home is very quiet and cozy. We have been told by other guests that the environment is very peaceful. We are excited and happy to share it with you.
-No pets allowed due to allergies
*Full disclosure: We do have two hypoallergenic dogs and children in the home with us. We try to keep the noise to a minimum, and our children go to bed rather early. We will be respectful to you as guests with our noise level, and we ask that you do the same for us. With that being said, please understand you will hear the children most likely, and you will hear the dogs bark as you come and go.

The bedroom includes a Queen bed.
If you like sleeping under the stars, turn the bedroom lights on for about 15-20 minutes before bed. Enjoy!

There is a pull-out couch in the living room that turns into a full-sized bed.

The Casita fits 4 guests comfortably and up to 6 if need be.
*There is an extra full-sized mattress that can be put down on the floor in the bedroom if you need that.

The Casita is attached to our home, and we have a shared wall. We are separated for privacy by an inside door that will remain closed and locked.

There is street parking available in front of the house for one or two cars. Please let us know if you will have more than that. Additional parking is available near the mailboxes across the street.

Other things to note:
We are pleased to offer you Roku with live streaming and free Wi-Fi.

We would appreciate it if you would remember to turn off the lights as you come and go. The A/C and Heater are separate, so you will be able to adjust as needed.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The casita is well maintained and updated. The pool was very fun with the rock slide. The painted walls made for nice touch to the outdoor brick walls. The neighborhood is beautiful. Stores and restaurants within reasonable distance. Christina and her husband are very kind. Unfortunately during our visit we needed an ER and Christina promptly referred us to one and continued to check in for the remainder of our stay! Overall great hosts, great experience. Would definitely return!

Perfect stay for our weekend tournament family stay

We were so thankful for such a hospitable, new clean and comfortable place to stay while in Az for a tournament. Thank you for such great, clear and quick communication that made for a seamless trip. Having an extra mattress on the floor made for a much more comfortable stay for our 6’3 14 year old than hotel beds. Everything is new and beautiful inside the casita - as well as a pretty awesome backyard space- this made the kids trip, they had so much fun in the slide and jumping platform- in April the water was manageable without heating the pool- the hot tub was beautiful - everything well kept and cared for Thank you so much and we will be back!

Okay place

The owners were very friendly, the place was clean and a bit bigger than the pictures. You do have to heat the hot tub before you go in, it took about 20 min and there is a 200 per day charge if you want the pool heated. No oven and the bbq didn’t work when we stayed, the dog was barking a bit, but the owner did seem very nice and helpful.

Good potential but misleading

Property was great until I ran into the husband to inquire about the hot tub and pool option. I was given the information that neither would be available due to needing to be cleaned and filters changed that had not yet arrived. This is one of the things that interested my little family and I and should be posted if it is currently unavailable. What made my eyes wide open was the surprise " 100.00/day" charge to heat the pool. The place was nice but NOT worth over 200/day stay w/ all the instructions for the guest to tidy up and take out trash. Honestly I was let down w/ all of this.I understood why no animals allowed when both my son and I were woken up 2 out of the 3 mornings early and worst was on our last day there when the family's dogs were extremely upset and startled me out of a dead sleep. 1), I was worried an animal was suffering as it went from 5 minutes of barking to almost 20 minutes. 2) I was worried my son was going to wake up like I did and we both had a 6 hour drive that day. I messaged the owners and they were nice about it, but it happened for most of our stay. That door that separates the " casita" from the guest place is NOT enough sound barrier. I felt I had to keep asking my son to keep quiet like we were in a library for fear we'd upset the dog in the evening or wake the family if they were sleeping while we were on a mini vacation. I felt very limited. Nice couple, beautiful home, very hospitable, but misleading info shared on Vrbo.

Great Communication and Location

We wanted to have a place to stay on our own, but nearby to our family, so this was a perfect location for us. The owners were prompt with all communication and they even had the spa heated and ready for us. I loved that we could park right next to the property and the waters & snack basket they left for us was a fun and needed surprise. Property was very clean as well.

Couldn't Have Been Better!

We got in LATE but communicated that with hosts beforehand and they gave great instructions of everything, where to park, how to access the suite, etc. The suite itself was perfect, and the little things like the snacks, the stars on the ceiling in the bedroom, all of it added to the overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend this suite and the hosts.

Wonderful stay- would highly recommend!

We loved where we stayed! We would highly recommend. It was a group of 3 adults and we enjoyed the space. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool and hot tub but the space looked great and relaxing! We would have loved more time there. They had everything we needed right there for us and when we needed anything they were very prompt at answering our messages. Great location and close to food, gas stations, coffee etc. Thank you!

Wonderful place!

We had a great 8 nights at the casita. The hosts were so welcoming and wonderful. It had everything we needed and more. The starry ceiling was super cool at night. I highly recommend turning on the pool water feature on and using the slide! Even the adults had a blast! Thank you so much for having us. Clean, newer, safe neighborhood. Lots of things to do close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay and very convenient to my sons wedding venue “The Big Tin Cotton Gin.” I appreciated all the little things included (coffee, ice maker etc.) The beds were comfortable!!

Good stay

Spotless, well thought through and filled with things, that make your stay comfortable. But it would be impossible to find this place w/o gps! It’s a brand new neighborhood, with adjacent areas still under construction. There are many new community serving places, some already open, some are coming up. Our communication with Christina was invaluable.

Originally my sister and I booked this facility but at the last minute we're joined by her husband, my brother and his wife. So it was a bit tight but we made it work. We all enjoyed it!
