This lovely house welcomes you in a pleasant residence, just 200 meters from the main beach of Sion, its sailing club, the forest, and the cliffside promenade.
There is a market on Fridays and Saturdays.
Welcome to Saint Hilaire de Riez on the northern coast of Vendée, the perfect starting point to discover the treasures of Vendée: the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d’Olonne, and the incomparable Puy du Fou park.
This beautiful house with a private ground-floor terrace consists of a living room with a TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The advantages of this seaside rental include: TV, washing machine, a 20m² private terrace, garage and private parking space, and especially the immediate proximity to Sion on the ocean.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented.

Cleaning is not included in the rate and the accommodation must be returned clean. A cleaning fee of 50 euros can be offered.

The house includes a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 and a sofa bed. Bedding and towels are not provided but can be rented.
