Cocoonr agency offers this 40 m² house with swimming pool in Saint-Nic, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- A 20 m² west-facing private terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 90 m² shared, heated and covered swimming pool is available from the Easter to the All Saints' holidays.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- Swimming pool, beach, hiking (GR34), sand yachting, kitesurfing
- Tennis court opposite the residence
- Douarnenez, Locronan and Crozon 15 minutes away by car
- Menez Hom 10 minutes away by car
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Châteaulin, 18 km away
- Nearest airport: Quimper, 34 km away
