Ideally located in the heart of Sanary-sur-Mer, just steps from all amenities, this comfortable 67 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bright and welcoming living room with an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, and separate toilets. You will also enjoy a pleasant balcony in a quiet and secure residence with an elevator. An underground garage is available (suitable for small vehicles). A perfect base for a comfortable stay in Sanary, with everything within walking distance.

Sanary-sur-Mer, located 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, boasts an authentic Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, excellent restaurants, and charming squares with refreshing fountains. It is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you are guaranteed to have a great holiday in any season!
The town offers a wide variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours…) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, casino… not to mention sunbathing and swimming!
The town’s market, voted in 2018 as the "most beautiful market in France," offers the best local products, fresh fish from the fishermen, and fresh flowers every morning at the port. In summer, you can also enjoy a lively night market featuring artisan products.
Many boat trips depart from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins…) as well as the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis! The port is also a major venue for festivities throughout the year (Traditional Festival, Spring in Sanary, Just Rosé, Music and Dance Festival, and many other events organized by local multicultural associations), including Christmas celebrations, with its famous holiday lights.
