1. Smoking of any type, of any product, is not permitted in the Property. A minimum $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. Smoking outside with all doors & windows closed is permitted, with all butts properly disposed of.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are permitted only with prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'child proofing' and inspection of child-related amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. Pets are not permitted; any pet being "snuck" into the house will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Service animals are welcome, but per ADA laws, they must never be left behind unattended. ESAs do not qualify as a Service animal and must be registered as a pet.
7. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest's arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout "messes." While we don't ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excess messiness will result in additional costs, charged at a rate of $40/hour.
8. Guest understands that they are staying in a neighborhood. We expect Guests to respect our neighborhood and our neighbors' right to peaceful enjoyment of their homes. If Hosts receive a valid complaint from a neighbor, Guest will be notified. Failure to rectify the issue may result in cancellation of the stay.

This place was great for our family of four. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. It was a quick drive to various attractions and areas of Pittsburgh. Of all the areas we visited, we liked Lawrenceville the best. Highly recommend this property for location, cleanliness, and easy check in.

This was a really lovely place to stay. The place was very comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the neighborhood is great for dining and nightlife.We didn't have any issues parking, but we're used to city life.

Comfort, style and location
Immaculate lodging with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and conversation area. The location was most appreciated, being on a quiet side street steps from the shops, eateries and entertainment of Butler Street. Would highly recommend.

Very nicely located unit that is a few steps from the restaurants and shops along Butler St.
Not a completely unbiased opinion because we stayed here before moving into our new house a couple of blocks away on the other side of Butler St., but finding a better location to stay in Lawrenceville would be hard to do.
The property is well maintained and enjoyable to stay in.

Long weekend in Lawrenceville
Great location. Walkable to restaurants and parks.
Chad responded quickly to any questions we had. Parking is a little tricky but that’s just Pittsburgh in general. Check out was especially nice…No laundry list of things that had to be done. Also we were educated on the “Pittsburgh toilet” !!

Great location in Lawrenceville.
Super cute and clean property! Awesome location close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Parking is a little tough but we only had to park a couple blocks away once, otherwise we got parking close to the unit. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom is in one of the bedrooms which worked fine for us since it was just my husband and I. Very small bathroom sink. Overall we really liked the place and would stay again. Chad the host had great communication and was very responsive.

Great place, sooo quiet at night, and great neighborhood with lots of good restaurants. Decor and furniture/beds all very good too. Please note the third party host requires you to upload a selfie and copy of drivers license, which was a first for me, unexpected and inconvenient on the morning of travel (maybe I missed an email but I am sure this was not in the notifications about the rental). I had trouble with the host’s app, and while they were accommodating, it was all a pain. It was a great place but this surprise will make me avoid using VRBO in the future. If third party host finds VRBO guest unreliable without further verification, they need to list this in description.

For future guests - VRBO does nothing, and we mean NOTHING to protect hosts, or guests. It is wild to think that any host would allow a completely unknown person in their house, with zero ability to hold them accountable if they destroy the home.
We don't do silly signed agreements like most hosts do - we simply use an award winning, highly secure software to have you upload a picture of your ID & a selfie. It takes maybe 30 seconds to complete! We disclose this in our very first message to guests (VRBO doesn't have a specific area in the listing for it to disclose, or we happily would).
If your host DOESN'T require you to verify your identity, you shouldn't stay with them, because they simply don't care about their property. Our rating puts us in the top 0.1% in the entire country.

Well appointed, but check the property photos carefully
We booked this property with plans for both my husband and I to work remotely for the week. The listing fully discloses that the bathroom is in the back of the guest bedroom/office, but we didn't realize how weird that was until we arrived. Hard to imagine sharing this living space with another couple or even our kids. Also the shower is great but the sink is tiny and there is minimal shelf space. The property manager was very responsive overall, except we weren't told in advance that there was construction going on next door. While we did receive a credit, we should have been alerted in advance of arriving. That said, the property was the cleanest of any we have stayed in and it was very well stocked. As other reviews have noted, the street is extremely narrow, making parking a bit harrowing, but the location is ideal for exploring Lawrenceville.
