Cocoonr agency offers this charming 42 m² maisonette in Houlgate to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 300 m². We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 16 m² living room with TV (and DVD Blueray), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: twin beds with double mattress (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 300 m² as well as a south-facing terrace of 13 m² with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
La maisonette is ideally located in Houlgate, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Houlgate beach, 5 minutes' drive away
- Vaches Noires cliffs
- Promenade Rolland Garros
- Water sports: water skiing, towed buoys, etc.
- Deauville, 20 minutes away by car
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park reserved for the condominium (one space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Nearest train station: Houlgate, approx. 1.5 km away
