Above the living room: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) with private bathroom and terrace overlooking the Adour River. Swimming pool secured by an electric cover. Enclosed garden, covered terrace, garden furniture, griddle, sun loungers. GAS HEATING INCLUDED. First fire of wood provided for the wood-burning stove in the kitchen. LINEN RENTAL: €80 per stay (regardless of the number of occupants). TOWEL RENTAL: €7 per person. A cleaning fee of €180 per stay will be charged upon arrival. Payable on site.
