What a comfortable place to stay!

We booked this home almost a year ago for the total eclipse. What a great decision. It was a perfect place for our group to stay. It had everything we needed and then some. The owners took the time to provide thoughtful extras that made our stay special. I highly recommend this property for families.

Weekend celebration

Communication was excellent (quick, clear, detailed), and place was even better than we expected! Perfect space for our Saturday party (~30 adults and some younger kiddos over the day), with a smaller group (8 adults, 2 kids) overnighting Friday and Saturday. Flow of the indoor and outdoor space was perfect for the party (plus great games provided by the hosts!), and sleeping arrangements spot on for our group (lots of bathrooms! spaced well for decent privacy/varied sleep schedules). The beds were SUPER comfy too! Overall, excellent space and hosts; I am extraordinarily thankful as it made an important event that much more special, and I would happily rent again should I host a similar event in the future.

Excellent Rental House

Very clean and well equipped house. The beds were comfortable and there really is a smart tv in every room. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the outdoor space is very nice.

Cozy Stay in Texas

We stayed at this property for a week with two kids and a dog. The home is very spacious and we all had a wonderful time. The children loved playing wii and pac man and also learned to play ping pong. There is a playground about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood was quiet but close to grocery and other shops. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. We could have had another family in the home and still had lots of room to spread out! Communication with our hosts was great before and during our stay. Thank you!

My name is Chase. I am a father of 4 wonderful boys and husband to a beautiful, AMAZING wife(Colette) of almost 20 years. OH, and now we have a dog named Ginny, too(she's a chiweenie).

I love music--ESPECIALLY piano, and my wife and I are known "foodies" in the DFW area. I own a T-shirt company in Rockwall, and I spend most of my time raising boys and working around the house.

I am an avid traveler, and frequenter of BnBs around the world.
But as a native Texan, there's nothing I love more than coming home to these endless Texas skies. So much open air to breathe and possibilities to explore!
